Chicago's Fifty/50 Group announced the acquisition of Korgen Hospitality to expand their new consulting division of their group. Korgen Hospitality, founded in 2018 by Ken McGarrie and Morgen Klepfer, is a restaurant consulting group with clients nationwide. Ken McGarrie is also the author of the Amazon best seller “The Surprise Restaurant Manager”, a guide for developing proven management skills.
