The Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder empowers student to achieve their potential in the culinary and pastry arts through small class sizes and individual, modernized instruction in the techniques developed by King of Chefs, Auguste Escoffier.


The Escoffier School of Culinary Arts welcomes Ken McGarrie, Principal at Korgen Hospitality, as he virtually takes over our Restaurant Operations class to discuss his hospitality journey with the future of the industry. McGarrie has years of experience running various concepts, and currently orchestrates restaurant openings nationwide. His expertise launching successful businesses from the ground up will be invaluable lessons for our budding culinarians.
